Why is bear meat useful and dangerous for human health?

The benefits and harms of bear meat deserve careful study. An unusual product can have a beneficial effect on health, but there is a certain danger in it.

Is it possible to eat bear meat, liver

Bear meat is quite rare and expensive. But it is quite suitable for use. People often ate it in the old days, and in the northern regions, game still occupies important positions in the diet. The product is used to create winter preparations - a large amount of meat cannot be consumed at one time.

As for the liver of an animal, its edibility depends on the type of animal. In polar bears, the organ contains too much vitamin A. Only 100-200 g of the product is enough for serious poisoning with a high risk of death. The liver of brown bears is less toxic, and there is much less retinol in it. However, it is also best not to eat it, since it is too easy to exceed the safe dosage of the product.
